Offer only valid between 9am-5:30pm - Hours outside of this will be charged at the standard rate.
Monday / Friday: Rates quoted are based on Monday to Friday only.
Weekend / Public Holidays: Weeekend bookings can be made by special request and depend on avalability. 48 hours notice is required in advance (preferably by 12pm Thursday before shoot) to guarantee avalability.
Saturday - $50
Any deliveriesscheduled on a Saturday will incur the additional $50 to their Delivery / Collection fee
Sunday & Public Holidays - $100
Any deliveries scheduled on a Sunday or Public Holiday will incur the additional $100 to their Delivery / Collection fee
Deliveries are to a specified curbside location or ground floor address. Your local crew must be available to carry or move equipment further to your set location, upstairs, lifts or elevators. Access to a valid Loading Bay or Parking Spot is necessary for a succesful delivery. Any costs recieved for parking will be charged to the Client.
If a delivery has been made and you wish to exchange equipment or add more to your hire, another delivery charge will apply.
If there are no crew members available at the location to recieve equipment. The Delivery / Collection will be considered attempted and a Re-Delivery / Collection charge will appy.
We allow for a 15 minute hand over period. Waiting time is charged at $60/hour billed in 15 minute increments. If we are unable to wait for your crew to arrive (if another delivery is pending) we will have to leave and consider the Delivery attempted.
