Eleven40 Gallery is the ideal space for that unqiue event, function, product launch, seminar or creative occasion that you may be planning. Our inspiring environment will set you apart from the crowd and the configuration of gallery/studio space is limited only by your imagination. We have provided venue hire for wine tastings, fashion parades, car launches, cocktail parties and bar mitzvah's.
You may require just the space, a few chairs and coffee facilities, or you may need the whole box and dice with event coordination, AV support, catering, staging equipment and the like. No matter what your requirements we will work with you to efficiently cater for your needs. If it's a photography related event can also help promote the event to our own subscriber list. Catering - We can coordinate smaller scale or finger food catering requirements or you can work with one of our catering partners including Tommy Collins, Blakes Feast, The Big Group or Food and Desire. Only Eleven40 approved caterers are allowed.
Numbers - 175 people is our maximum for stand up functions, approx 130 for sit down seminar style set up or 100 seated for dinner.
Exclusions - Sorry but no 18th or 21st birthdays or late night functions.
Costs - Costs can vary a great deal depending on requirements and setup / packup times have a significant effect on the running of the gallery and studio as a whole so we're only able to provide costs estimates once you've outlined your requirements and we check our schudle for dates and availability.
